After submitting your request, download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided via email and include your original packing slip inside the box.

Pack and Ship

Securely pack your items in the original Shinola packaging to prevent damage during transit and drop off the parcel at any authorized UPS location.

Once our workshop inspects and approves your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
